I use to love this place! I had a family emergency out of state a few weeks ago and completely forgot I booked a laser. I noticed that they left me a message saying that they will be charging my card $25 do to the inconvenience. I tried calling them to see if it could be reversed and left messages on 2 different occasions and no one has yet to call me back. I'm so disappointed I even purchased a laser hair package but this place left me feeling burned and like I wasn't a valued customer.
I just had the most amazing hot stone massage today at Spa 810. Olivia was my massage therapist. I asked for deep tissue and she delivered! She used essential oils and hot stone along with the massage. I highly recommend Spa 810 and Olivia! I left feeling so relaxed and wonderful. It was a great experience.
I relieved AMAZING results from my appointment with Catherine. She took the nerves out of getting injections. I felt COMPLETELY at ease. Knowing level of knowledge and and experience is just part of it, she has the BEST energy to be around, and her professional expertise comes across in everything she does. Added bonus is that her injections didn't hurt at ALL!! I look refreshed... Like I was on a spa vacation....Bye-bye frown marks! �
