Beyond my expectations – I was beyond pleased with this place. From the friendly people, the satisfying service, and serenity of it all. Really great place and exactly what a spa should be like. This place is now going to be my regular.

Relaxing spa day – My three girl friends and I went to Spa West to relax and have a girls day out, they did an amazing job. All our services where awesome !!!! The front desk staff where so polite and helpful. All our massages where awesome, facials amazing, the nail techs did a great job. We all had a very relaxing day.

I loved all my spa services – This spa is the best spa I have been to in all the spas I have visited. All my services where wonderful, the facial, massage, and my manicure & pedicure. I loved the way Jessica did my hair, I can't wait to go back !!!!!!

Wonderful spa day – I found this spa when I was given a spa finder gift certificate, the day I went I arrived only 15 minutes before my appointment due to terrible trafic instead of making me rush the staff moved my appointment to 30 minutes later so I could enjoy the sauna. The facial rooms were beautiful and very relaxing. The products were wonderful ( I have alergies and had no problems with there products). Horrible Pedicure – Although I have heard great things about Spa West....my experience was not anything like what I expected it to be. I received a SPA PEDICURE, worth $64.00 and there was nothing special to it. The lady who did my toes was very nice and attentive....BUT, once she had completed painting my toes...she put a top coat on and told me i had to wait over an HOUR for my toes to dry. Ive had many pedicures in the past at other salons and have never had to wait this long. Usually they put on a fast drying top coat. S... read more

Great Espa massage – I had the most amazing massage. It was called the Espa massage, Jill my therapist did an amazing job, I have never had a massage like that my entire life, my whole experience at Spa West was just wonderful.

Great massage – I usually don't take the time to do customer reviews, but I think I owe it to everyone who loves massages to know how wonderful Jill is! Not only was my massage therapist great, but the atmosphere was so relaxing, I wish I could have stayed there all day. I definitely recommend this

Great massage & facial – I could not ask for a better experience at a day spa! My massage was very relaxing and my face has never felt better! The facility is not only beautiful and clean but it offers absolutely everything I could need to upkeep my appearance. I've often gone to spas and found the staff is snobbish, but the employees at Spa West were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

An absolutely delightful spa experience – I wanted to do something nice for my mom so I found Spa West through Spafinder and booked the Couples Package for the two of us. We each had a facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. The entire experience was amazing. From the moment we stepped in we were treated like queens.
