I got my haircut and it made me feel comfortable. The staff provided services that met my expectations. I have scheduled another appointment. The spa is gorgeous and the staff is exceptional.
My husband bought me a package from Spa West for our anniversary. It included a haircut and style, massage, facial, and a dip in the tub. I really enjoyed the day. The people at the spa were very friendly and professional. They asked questions about my services and made sure I was feeling pampered. I sure did! The massage room was really nice. I got a $340 spa package and can honestly say it was a total waste of money. The rooms were freezing, the services were mediocre. The "spa" mani/pedi was the worst that I have ever received, my nails are now mishapen and the whole thing was rushed! Still regret wasting my money here!

SO relaxing. Great experience from beginning to end. I do wish they would have let me into one of the changing rooms before my treatments instead of having to ask, but otherwise I was very impressed. I WILL be back!
