Best spa I have ever been to – I had my 40th birthday with 15 of my friends at Spa West, they did a wonderful job from the time we arrived to the time we left. I used there limo's to pick all of us up, the limo's where all new and very clean with plasma tv's all overf the place, we arrived to the spa and there was rose petals all over the entrance, the spa is just beautiful, the staff was very professional, and the services where just AWSOME!!!!. Best spa in Cleveland – I I have lived in New York city all my life and recently moved to Cleveland. Spa West is the best I have been to in Cleveland, it is without a doubt a five star spa. The staff is very professional, the services are wonderul and the spa is one of the largest I have ever seen and is so elegantly done!! I would recommand this spa to anyone. I will be a client forever, I hope this helps anyone thinking of becomming a customer of spa west.

Great facial & massage – I have been going to Spa West for over 10 years, they are just wonderful. The staff is very professional and try to accomadate all my needs. They truly pamper me from head to toe, I have recommanded Spa West to all my friends and family members and they all feel th same way I feel. Terrible Experience – This spa is terrible. First they ran out of robes for the spa treatments. When they were finally able to find one - it was DIRTY (not just mine - the other patrons as well). Second they were running really behind on their spa appointments (over 50 minutes) but they did not tell you that upfront. They kept people waiting in the relaxation room (which became really crowded and noisy) and just kept saying that they would come to get you any minute. Worst Experience EVER – I went to get a massage with my mom and during my massage a construction crew was jack hammering above the ceiling right over my head... I asked what all of the noise was and he told me to try to block it out! It became so loud that I thought something was going to fall through the ceiling. He stopped the massage and apologized. Best spa in the Greater Cleveland Area – I recommend that everyone in the Greater Cleveland Area receive some type of service from Spa West. Having been a customer of Marios for a great deal of time, I decided to make a change - I'm glad I did. The service, hospitality and professionalism was great!!! Try it, I guarantee you'll like it!!!
Discrimination against kids! – I just called to book a spa day for my sister's wedding and they would not book the two 10 year old flowergirls as a part of our 12 person group. I was informed that they do not allow anyone under 16 in their salon for any type of service, group or otherwise and they would walk away from the business rather than make exceptions!
