I love the spa because the people there make it great. Rita is phenomenal - her welcoming, warm spirit permeates the spa and is a great influence on the young folks around her. You need to keep her - she understands what feedback is and she always makes things right. I've experienced this and I've witnessed it with others. Molly is my nail tech and she is one of the best I've ever been to.
