I've been going here since I moved to Knoxville 4 years ago. I won't trust anyone else with my hair. Allison and Gabriel are my go too and I adore both of them. I have never left not loving what they have done even when I ask for the strange and unusual They are also my go too for facials and massages. I take my mom usually once a year for facials and did my first couples massage last year there very impressed.
I asked for deep tissue massage and during realized it was too much pressure. Asked for less and she wouldn't let up. Diana was also rude when I asked easy questions on favorite modalities and work hours. She also touched my shoulders to guide me to her room. I've never had anyone do that and as I just met her it felt strange. It's the wrong time touch. I recently visited because I fried my hair going platinum. I got a conditioning treatment and cut by Christian. He was amazing! Steered me away from cutting all my hair off, fixed it and gave me stellar solutions to repair my damaged hair. My hair felt and looked glorious when I left! Highly recommend Christian! I will definitely be back!
I had a therapeutic massage by Vicki and she was amazing! I have chronic back pain due to multiple factors and she not only worked on muscles no one else has touched, but explained what she was doing and why and showed me stretches to do at home. It was like a massage and PT combined. Definitely returning!!
World class quality color and cutting. Along with awesome service!
