I have been going to Spa 10/20 since it opened. The service is wonderful and the staff so friendly. I call, I'm asked what service(s) I wish and the appropriate time is booked for me. Never feel rushed. Thanks to all at Spa 10/20.

9:30a they werent even open yet but they answered when i called to simply request service for their earliest time. She asked what I'd need done. I told her a acrylic fill and she comes back with 3:30p. If she was booked until 3:30p then why not just say that? Instead she ask what I need done & made me feel like ny service's were not a big enough $$$$ so after I told her what I wanted she said they were very busy today. Shameful . I get my nails done ALOT! The ladies at Spa Ten20 ALWAYS do me right. I have gotten several manicures here, and have always gotten great, friendly service. They offer a lot of different nail art styles, including Cats' Eye on both acrylic and gel nails. All of the nail artists I've worked with here are extremely skilled and the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the quality of work received.
