These guys know everything there is to know about hot tubs and are extremely professional. Their hourly rates are very reasonable and they get in and out as quickly as possible. Shawn always made himself available by phone to answer all of my general hot tub questions, even after hours. Highly recommend.
Spa Service in Livonia is an outstanding service company. I will always call Spa Service (Shea) when I have questions or otherwise require spa repair. She will always work with me to ensure the scheduled date/time for service is mutually acceptable. I just received service from Sean last week, and as ususal, he was on time and pleasant to deal with. This company never fails to exceed my expectations.
I've been working with these guys for years. They are great, they know how to trouble shoot the equipment and I have a canine underwater treadmill so although spa system based, a little different and they just go to work and get it fixed when I need them. They are honest and fair, and have always worked with my schedule. A real pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommend Spa Services!
Top Notch! Helped diagnose operation over the phone. They really know what they are doing. Very Fair! I'd recommend to anyone. All of the positive comments about Spa Service are TRUE -- I just had a wonderful experience!! We had closed down our hot tub for the past couple of years and were not sure if it would even be functional if we re-opened it. I got Randy on the phone and he had great customer handling skills -- asked the right questions, and promised someone would be out within 24 hours. When I first contacted Spa Service, I was spoken to and treated with respect and as if I was the most important thing going on in the office at that time. When I was told that the tech would have to come out to look at my controls so they could order the proper part, I suggested that I take a picture of the one I had and e-mail it to them.
