Best company ever for hot tub repair, my go to for the last 13 years. 'D' came out and replaced my top side controller. He was fast, efficient, professional, and helpful. Trying to keep my old tub going and couldn't do it without them. I don't think any other company has the knowledge and integrity that this company has.

We have had Spa Services, Inc. involved with repairs a few times over the last 15 years. Shawn Janik came to our home for service on a Sweetwater spa. He has done a great job the four times he has visited. Each time, it's been in the dead of winter- our spa is outdoors. Randy came out to my house in the " sticks " of Fowlerville on the 8th of November, election day, and did a great job! Anyone should feel at ease with their friendly, prompt, professional service. I would recommend the company to anyone and purchase supplies for my spa all the way out in fowlerville!
Shawn, one of the technicians, came out and looked at our hot tub and gave me his professional opinion as to what needed to be done. This tub hadn't been used in a couple years and after Shawn's diagnoses, we were able to schedule an appointment for him to come back and make the remaining repairs and now our hot tub is running GREAT! I would definitely recommend Shawn and his team to anyone looking for a very quality and high level company that is very easy to work with!

I was VERY impressed with the prompt, professional service of this company. Randy was the epitome of the knowledgeable professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. My hot tub was not heating up. The technician was on time and called before arriving. He corrected the problem within 45 minutes and saved me money by fixing the computer board instead of having me purchasing a new one.
