A Hot Date – The massage and spa treatments are epic. I've been regularly going to Spa Sasse' for about 5 years. I recommend to everyone to try it. I introduced my girlfriend to this spa with a couples massage, that was a hot date, very successful. She loves the place, and now regularly uses the salon services after her massages. We are both hooked!
Worst spa experience ever. I left in tears! – At first I thought this was going to be a good experience because the person that booked my wax appointment over the phone was really nice. However, when I got there they were not ready for me and made me wait (standing) about 20 minutes. I told them I had to get back to work and was about to leave and they rudely said that i could leave but was going to have to pay for the service anyway. Hello NitaP, We are sorry you wrote this! We searched our appointment records but there is no Nita. We have talked to the five Estheticians that do waxing at our Spa and noone knows anything about this. All five have been waxing for years, and no one would just shrug it off and tell you to draw them in! We do not have any random little rooms not set up for waxing with a wax pot. Great Spa, Great Location! – I travel to Portland frequently on business, and stay in some of the nicest hotels in the city. No matter where I stay, the Concierges all recommend Spa Sasse', so I tried it, and Wow! I can see why they get such great recommendations! The Massage and Facial I received were fabulous, the Spa is beautiful and it is so conveniently located, right in the middle of the city,. only a block from almost every hotel I've stayed at. Very nice, thank you, I'll be back!

visit to portland – I visit Portland to see my daughter at least once every 2 months. last oct we spent 2 hours at this spa and it was the best. the staff took my medical history and made me feel oh so special as well as my daughter and her friend. for the money this is really a great place. wonder

Sectacular Spa Sasse' – Every treatment was done to perfection! My Thalasso massage bath was beautiful the tub room is candlelit with soothing spa music piped in! Next I enjoyed the best massage ever! I felt as if I was floating after leaving the massage table! From there I dined in the exquisit candlelit dining room. Great Treatments, but Spa needs work – Let me begin by saying that the well-named Crescendo is absolutely fabulous.: Full body massage, followed by hot oil, followed by a body scrub, followed by your own private hot rainstorm which comes out of the ceiling in the form of 6+ heavy sprays which cover every inch of you! I'm glad you loved the Crescendo! We hope you come back! Sorry the layout was confusing - it is a large space (5,000 sq. ft) with a lot of treatment rooms. We do have important doors labeled, such as "restroom", and "Staff only". We decided to add signs on the dressing room doors as well, thanks to your feedback. A Day At the Spa – Spa Sasse offers a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I had the opportunity to experience all treatments with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and the latest in skin treatments. All treatments were explained and I felt comfortable asking questions and getting opinions from the staff. This was a birthday present from my spouse; I enjoyed all treatments one of my favorites was the Thalysso Bath which allowed me to relax and renew my skin in a calm atmosphere surrounded by candles.
