Stellar laser – Ive been to several companies for laser hair removal, and I am by far the happiest with spa sasse. I get fast results, the staff is very professional and the atmosphere sure beats a doctors office! Ive had a few massages as well, theyre also fantastic.

Tattoo Removal – I had been researching tattoo removal in Portland and had just about given up on it untill I ran accross Spa Sasse on Citysearch. I was actually looking to get a facial and read that they did tattoo removal! The consultation was FREE (can't say that for the majority of the other places that do tattoo removal) and she was willing to do it that day, but I wasn't ready. spa sasse is awsome! – i've had lazor hair removal at spa sasse twice. the setting is private and professional. the owner, sara sasse and her support staff are friendly and help clients to feel welcome. my first lazor experience was four years ago. it was very effective. i was so pleased with the results i've come back to have another area done. and, after three treatments i'm already seeing progress. i love it that there is no more shaving! thank you spa sasse. i'll see you on 06/06/06 @6pm!

Very unprofessional, Not recommended!!!!! – My experience at Spa Sasse was definitely disappointing. I went for a laser facial, which now looking back on the experience is very scary that I trusted them to something as important as my face. My appointment was for 10 am. I didn't leave until 2:30pm; the actual facial took literally 5 minutes. That should tell you something. I was sent into dreary rooms to wait for long periods of time. Love this Spa! – My favorite place for pampering! Professional staff, nice atmosphere, and a wide variey of services, so I can get just about anything I want when I go there. It's a great place to spend the day or just an hour or so - very relaxing (you forget you're in the city), the massages and facials are epic, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. I recommend Spa Sasse' to my family and friends.

argh – This place irritates me. To start, the staff clearly has the inability to give thorough information to new customers. not only did they not communicate the fact that they will charge your card if you miss your appointment, they did not tell me that to wear loose clothing. thanks people. The person who did my tan was really sweet and made me feel comfortable until she just left me sitting there moist from the tan and there were no towels provided. there wasn't even a visible garbage can for the underwear they provided.... read more

We do tell clients about our 24 hour cancellation policy when they give us thier credit card #. That is the purpose of obtaining the number. We take the number to secure the appointment, just as hotels do. This practice dramatically cuts down on no shows, as people take thier scheduled apointment times more seriously, knowing that they have secured it with a credit card. Go elsewhere if you're looking to relax – We got there 15 mins before our scheduled massage (they requested this so that we could fill in paper work) and were taken to a dark and dingy corner where there was no available seating. The atmosphere was not relaxing and the place was musty and dark. In addition, the bathroom does not have a working lock! (I found out the hard way). Dingy corner with no seating? We have no idea where that could have been. We do have indirect lighting everywhere, as it is soothing. The bathroom lock does work, and there is also an added security chain on the door. Our towels and sheets come from a local hotel supply, we purchase the highest quality they offer, and replenish every 3 to 4 months. We are sorry you were disappointed, and wish you had told us, as we do ask every client at checkout how things were. We want our clients to be very happy!
She's A Dish! – I go to Spa Sasse 1x a month religiously for my facials. Spa Sasee has a wonderful, friendly, and professional staff of experts--especially dear Sarah who has transformed my facial skin from sad & clogged, to glowing & smooth.
