Staff is very professional. I do Brazilian wax and they make you feel completely comfortable. I've had different masseuses and they have all been great. I am late for everything and they are wonderful at accommodating and being flexible. Only disappointment is the steam doesn't work in the steam showers.
I went to Lauren and she gave me exactly what I needed....a great hairstyle!! I absolutely love it and I get so many compliments. I won't let anyone else touch my hair!!
If I could rate higher I would! I absolutely loved my visit here! I live 3 hours away and put my faith into the staff and I was NOT disappointed. Michel did an outstanding job on microblading my eyebrows! For the first time in my life, I feel confident. I cannot thank you enough Michel! When I come back for my touch up in a month, I will be spending the day pampering myself � highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Roma. My massage therapist,Lindsey, was top notch!!! I'd definitely recommend her. The only thing that would of made the trip to the Spa even better, was to allow for a 15 minute power nap after the massage was completed. I was so relaxed, I just wanted to lay there.
