RecommendedEverything was fine until we got Stuck in the elevator. I recommend monthly check ups on your elevators. I'm still traumatized😱. Overall nice place and I think the Pool should be open till midnight since the place is 24 hours

The lady taking appointments didn't know their own services and prices. She was very rude, telling me that we HAVE TO come an hour earlier and we HAVE TO be soaking 30 min in water before the massage. If we come 10 min later then this one hour in advance then the massage will be 10 min shorter. After we made the appointment for me and my mom, she apparently booked it for one person only. Nice, clean facilities. Indoor heated pool is quite large and the hot tub in the pool area is co-Ed which is awesome. However, although the spa is open 24 hrs a day, the pool closes at 10pm.
Not as crowded as the other place... 🤷🏻♀️ Also the pool is dope and the sauna is amazing.
Very noisy and many loud groups. Staff doesn’t uphold a peaceful ambience. Check in took long due to someone trying to multi task everyone else’s job. Masseuse was great otherwise.
