Actually very nice and very clean! Was not sure due to mixed reviews. Big salt room is very nice and you feel like you are baking nicely and evenly like a pizza. Very spacious. Lots of treatments. $3 Sunday valet parking. Super chill. So local omg!! For those reviews that said they had stuff stolen, I made sure my locker was secure each time I left it.

My friends and I enjoyed ourselves. One minor thing it’s kid friendly. I think it should be an Adult facility
Trying to book a reservation for spa just today and your customer service person is really rude Not everyone has experience doing a Korean spa all the time and a really good guidance from your person on the customer service side will be helpful. So I will definitely not recommend this place. Enjoying a spa in this place if the people providing service are so sarcastic. We will bring our patronage to somewhere else.
It is a very nice place to spend some relaxing time. I like the Jacuzzi, saunas, ice room, etc.
