I am satisfied with my replacement spa cover, but can't give Spa Guy a higher rating because they screwed up & shipped my spa cover to my billing address, not my shipping address. The result was a delay in delivery - shipped on November 20th, received on December 11th. My cover was in transit for 21 days! All the extra handling mangled the shipping carton, but, surprisingly, did not damage the cover. All's well that ends well, but I expect better than this kind of sloppy service.
We bought a tub from spa guy last summer and really like it. Had one minor issue and Chris in the service department quickly shipped us the new part. Very satisfied.
Highly recommend if you are looking to order a hot tub! Good customer service & fast shipping!
