I purchased a spa from them almost 3 years ago. I could not be any happier. I'm probably jinxing myself but I have never had a problem with their spa and I live in arctic weather. The few questions that I did have Chris in service is excellent. He has saved me many times where I would've called a service man for something that was just user error and ignorance with a hot tub. These people represent the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with in my life. I've ended up with a worthless hot tub cover that has a melted foam insert, torn seam and all after just having the so called "beautiful" thing for only 4 months. Of course I was to blame and the would NOT honor their warranty. DO NOT BE SCAMED BY THESE dishonest assholes!!!
Sent me a cover of unacceptable cosmetic quality. I sent them pictures and they agreed it was not up their standards. They want to send me a new skin so I can fix it myself...really? I just paid $499 for a cover and now I have to work on it? Save yourself some grief and send your hard earned money elsewhere
THE WORST ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL' IMAGINE IF YOU HAD AN ISSUE AFTER BUYING ! ??
