Bad service
WE love our SPS 52 Hot tub! Spa Guy is great to work with, too.
horrible people to deal with. if your spa breaks they will talk you through it until its going to cost them money. then they blame it on you and wont honor their warranty. don't buy from them.
I purchased 3 hot tubs from them for Pennsylvania. Never had any issue with them except the push buttons. I order few extras and thats it. Chris at service is very helpful I will buy again in few months when I am done with another house. Thanks
Ordered our hot tub cover about 2 years ago. It's always met our expectations. As a matter of fact, with 10" of snow on the ground and below freezing temperatures, the tub is at 102 degrees and there are several inches of snow on top of the cover. We're very happy.
Delivery was awesome. Plenty of notice and they moved it close to garage. Not a mark or ding anywhere on shipment. Had one issue on install start up and service had me up and running in no time via phone. Beautiful looking and many more features than my old spa. The spa led is bright and a dimmer would be a nice option. Had to go to the Futura web site to find my control pad and its use. Their product at this price is hard to beat and I highly recommend them.
Cover isn't the color I expected, other wise its ok. Shipping company they use is the WORST, and due to this I wouldn't recommend them at all. Called me to set up a time, asked me when I would be home. When I told them they told me it couldn't be a specific time but they would call me on the way. THEY NEVER CALLED and just dropped it off. I didn't get to inspect it. Girl was RUDE and not professional at all.
