Do NOT buy a cover from them. They claim their covers have a warranty but instantly reject any claim and refuse to respond. Providing a 5 year warranty on a product but not honoring it is a false claim to make a sale. Contacting bbb on this. Look at the pictures, this happened in only a few months. It has been 6 months and I still have not been refunded $599 for a spa pack I returned. I followed all of their guidelines on returns. Customer service keeps making up excuses and dodging what they owe me and even chuckled last time I called. They are crooks. Do not do business with these people.

I own a large hot tub service company in Tennessee. I recently ordered about $2,000 worth of hot tub covers. I waited 28 days after they shipped to call and track. Turns out that the label on the boxes was scuffed up and not legible. Instead of fixing this issue, some BONEHEAD at Spa Guy (Futura) named CHRIS WAGNER just told the shipper (ESTES) to just return the items to them. No phone call no nothing from them to me...... IDK. it.s an awful tub. no info anywhere online to trouble shoot
5 year warranty cover is too heavy for 2 people to lift in 2 and half years. Cover never touched the ground. Attempts to contact have gotten nowhere.

Highly Recommend, Had some issue's with my Hot tub, As I am a New Hot tub owner, And live in Ohio, Called right before closing time, Not only did he help me, He also told me if I needed any other assistance doing the replacement to just call him, After Numerous companies I called about the same issue, Every one wanted to sell me something or wanted to come charge me a arm and a leg to just look at it, Saved me Alot of $$$, Thanks Spa Guy !!!!
