As always, the visit was excellent. The staff is great. I was amazed that the receptionist remembered me by name when I walked in. You guys are great. Thanks.
Going to the dentist... Dr. Casteen and his staff make going to the dentist fun...and productive. I wouldn't have all these beautiful teeth without Dr. Casteen's conscientious efforts at perfection!
Cleaning The hygienists that cleaned my teeth seemed kinda rough,and I didn't think she should of discussing in front me that lack of training the new girl that polished my teeth had or didn't have. It made me feel uncomfortable and feel bad for the girl that is probably nervous and new to the job. Maybe it could of been handled differently.
Excellent experience I had a bad tooth that was giving me a lot of pain. But with the good hummer from Doc and the rest of his crew, I had a great time and my tooth was extradited without to much pain. I will definitely be going there again!!!
Donald and I enjoyed our experience today. The girls made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Joking and asking us about our day. Donald who usually very tense about going to the dentist, today said it wasn't that bad. Although I wish they would have gotten after him to brush more, ;)

A comment My dental service was excellent, and I appreciated being worked in by Trish. My only criticism is that I would have appreciated knowing BEFORE my appointment that Dr. Casteen was no longer a Delta provider. I could pay that day for the service. Not everyone can. It is a courtesy to your patients.
