Absolutely beautiful and creative architecture. We come for dragon con and stay every year and the pulse staff always remembers what we drink ( that's amazing in the midst of thousand). Trying to get our Agency to host our next annual conference here

The bar staff is the best. For a business traveler, they make me feel at home and are always professional and that is why I stay here when I am in Atlanta.

Convenience is the ONLY positive I can think of. As a frequent top 5% "guest" I've been asked to leave the lobby lounge area unless purchasing drinks and have had constant difficulties getting Marriott points credited properly. I also had to stop visiting the lobby Starbucks due to repeated errors and rudeness in crediting corporate guest status. While I continue to stay at the Marquis I'd rather go down the street to the Ritz. For just a few dollars more the service is much much better.
I've stayed at the Atlanta Marquis on several occasions and have enjoyed each stay. Tthe rooms are comfortable as are the beds. Guest service is made a priority and this is a game changer compared to other establishments. That being said, Atlanta is an expensive place to stay and the Marquis is no cheap stay. Make provisikns for portable internet if you don't want to pay $15 a day for the privilege of standard internet access. My mentioning this is not a complaint, it is a reality of the big city.
