My daughters bought me the Chocolate Spa Package for Mother’s Day, my mom and I just went on Saturday. It was the most amazing experience ever!! From the treatment of ALL staff, to the amazing choc treatments, 5-star hotel/spa for sure!! I already want to go back! Today (3-24-18) was my very first time at the Hershey Spa and I can honestly say I had the most relaxing day! The entire staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I had a chocolate massage, a mani, and a pedi and they were amazing! I can’t wait to come back and try other things. Thank you Hershey Spa for such a wonderful relaxing day!!!
Took my mom to the spa for an early birthday present. We both had massages and lunch scheduled. Everything went great until my massage. Cold hands, cold lotion, zero pressure....when I told her she could use more pressure there were crickets....zero conversation. I tried twice and she didn't answer me. The check-in staff were great, professional and a bit stern, but great nonetheless. The attendant who took me to the locker room, and ultimately the small tour was very sweet and even asked me how my experience was when I was leaving. I chose to sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the quiet room, which was less than quiet with several groups of ladies talking loudly. It wasn't the best way to relax, but it was fine.
