The shower stalls are not clean. The slippers they provide hurt your feet. I definitely would not recommend the Oasis for lunch.
I loved this place and can't wait to go back. Ultimate relaxation. Great services and staff and lovely atmosphere. Amazing views, aromas of chocolate and coffee. The only thing is I wish they had some maps posted somewhere and more signs because I was lost constantly my first time. Trying to navigate the three floors was a little difficult at first.

My husband and I visited the spa for my birthday and our 10th anniversary. Very relaxing atmosphere. Robes could use pockets. Facial was wonderful and my technician made me feel very relaxed. My skin was beautiful afterward. Pedicure was relaxing. Technician was very sweet and explained everything she was doing. Loved the chocolate mask. Rude staff and bad customer service, would not recommend this place ever
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful couple's massage at The Spa today! Unfortunately, he wasn't as promptly escorted to the relaxation room as I was and we got seperated for about half an hour, wondering where the other one was. We weren't able to sit together there, since it was pretty crowded. The massages were great though!
The services themselves were good if a bit overpriced, but some things like noise during my soaking bath from the services taking place next door and another guest yelling at the concierge about getting a refund because her massage was not going to be deep tissue either- were kind of distracting. Absolutely amazing massage! The touch was delicate yet intense in deep tissue! I have had other massages and have left feeling is that it! I felt fully satisfied with my experience today and will definitely put this on my list for special treats! I was treated like a royal guest the minute I walked into the spa. I left feeling very respected and pampered! You have succeeded at making me a customer <3
I've been at a lot of spas and this is the best there is I can't say enough about the staff everyone is so friendly the food is fantastic such a pleasure every time we go
