Wonderful experience. Great place to do Moms day or sisters day out. Come early and spend the day. Pool and hot tub are perfect temp. Lunch was fun with everyone still in their spa robs.
The total spa experience at The Hotel Hershey is a wonderful getaway from everyday life. With fabulous muffins, excellent coffee, rich hot cocoa, and other food amenities, your day begins perfectly. The services and products used are stellar. The lunch buffet is outstanding. It is one of the top spas in the USA.
Such an OLD spa...still has mint green 70’s tile in the steam room that is so aged. No dry sauna. They pack ppl in but can’t supply chaise lounges to relax and wait on...lucky to get the bench. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔 and worst spa I’ve ever been to. You have to walk in your robe through the halls and elevators to get anywhere! Trust the hype if its your first time...otherwise, it’s a waist of time and money...much better experience at ANY OTHER RESORT!

From the moment we entered we were pampered. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Everyone was extremely professional and personable. We each had 4 spa services: massage, bath, scrub, and wrap and they were equally wonderful. We will definitely be back!
