I was very satisfied with soak, scrub, and massage. However the lunch buffet was very disappointing. Also adding a $52 gratuity without my opinion of services is nothing short of robbery!
Have been going here since 2001. It is my favorite spa and I have been to many including the The Red Door on Fifth AVenue and Canyon Ranch
Fabulous Spa! People who work at The Hershey Hotel and Spa have great work ethics! The employees not only love their jobs, but treat every client the same way!
Great place ! Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi was a plus The room service and food was excellent It was a great Hershey Weekend
