We had a wonderful day until we spotted this gross vent above our heads in the Aromatherapy room. It was absolutely gross. The sweet feet and Oasis lunch were so enjoyed but the cleanliness of that room made me just want to pack up and go home. I left feeling so unrelaxed. This is the second time I have seen vents like that at a Hershey location. Very disappointed after these locations are supposed to be highly rated. I took a picture to prove it.
The facility was spotless, the staff -friendly /professional and the spa treatment I chose was fabulous. Would definitely like to return and stay for the entire day . Thanks Megan for my time of relaxation !
The chocolate scrub is the best! My daughter and I had a wonderful time relaxing and the lunch was great too! Perfect place to enjoy with daughters or girlfriends!
Everything about our day was perfect. The staff was exceptional, we were transferred between services by super friendly staff members who all seemed to have an understand of what was going on and where we needed to be next. Will most definitely be back.
My daughter turned 18, so I thought I would celebrate her milestone of adulthood with a day of pampering. We both had pedicures (Sweet Feet), and manicures (Sweet Hands)... It was an awesome day and we talked and enjoyed all the wonderful staff. My daughter had the "best hot chocolate in the world". In between services you can have muffins, trail mix, water, teas, coffees. And of course hot chocolate.... We also enjoyed lunch in the Iasis room between services.
