I wish I could give a 4.5 Star review because while I loved it and the spa totally made me feel like a princess, the check-in/check-out staff were rather stiff and cold. This seems to be a running theme as I read through the other reviews. Honestly, everything was amazing but them. The Chocolate Spa at The Hotel Hershey is magnificent! No Spa beats it in my opinion. However there is room for improvement. I have made these comments on my exit cards after every service over the past 10 years- They do need to "expand" again, as it has become more popular over the years. They also need to clean the "nooks and crannies" for eample the fireplace,ceiling of the patio needs to be dusted and cob webs removed. A furniture update is necessary as well. What a wonderful to treat yourself and your spouse. We had a cocoa couples massage and it was so special with the lunch buffet afterward and full use of the facilities for as long as we wanted. Can't recommend it enough

My sister and I throughly enjoyed the Chocolate Escape package with Lunch at the Oasis..a wonderful treat for your skin and yourself..staff makes the experience so stress free and pleasant ..as it should be at a Spa.( the hot cocoa is the hershey kiss of the experience)
Loved our visit yesterday. Check in was horrible (she was not helpful at all and it took forever) but my scrub from Toni was great. She is a true asset to your spa, so helpful, passionate and kind. My massage with Megan was great too. I would say that the spa support staff was a little off today in general, not sure why. Regardless my treatments were great and we hope to return soon!
