A group of mom friends had an amazing weekend away from the kids and spoiled ourselfs. I liked the overall spa but had several mishaps that brought me down on stars. 1 - As the day went on with our services we found that it became crowded and had no where to sit and relax as the rooms were all full. We didn't even care to sit together, there just were no seats around. We were standing around waiting for our next service which luckily wasn't that far in between due to lack of space. 2 - I wish they had a separate hot tub area... read more
The Hotel needs an update. I have had great facials for less. It was crowded and not very friendly helpful service.

My favorite place to spend the or afternoon. The staff have always been wounderful,over the many time that I have been. My massage was enjoyable and relaxing, so was my facial. The relaxing rooms are a nic place to sit and read, plus an outside small baclany. There are times when it is crowded in the relax rooms, so thinking, maybe the hotel should invest in more rooms, although it doesn't seem to stay crowded long. Would and have recommended this spa.. love it
This was by far, the most relaxing and pampering experience I have ever had! The whipped cocoa bath was fantastic! Who doesn't like bathing in chocolate?? And my rose garden massage was beyond expectations! Joanne did my massage and she was so friendly and really spent time soothing my tired muscles! I felt like a million bucks! Thanks Hershey!! I will definitely make the trek from NC again just for this!
Today was my very first visit to The Spa. My BFF & I were celebrating being breast cancer survivors. From the moment we checked in until we departed 9 hrs later, we received excellent services ! We enjoyed each and every treatment we received. It was a wonderful experience but it won't be the last. Bravo to the entire staff.
The staff were genuinely accommodating and gracious-always paying attention to details to ensure your experience was relaxing and more than anticipated!! ���
