Words can't express the amazing staff and service, not to mention the beautiful hotel, the scenery and the butterfly house. Everything was just extraordinary.
My husband bought my mother and I the chocolate escape package for Mother's Day. It was so relaxing and the staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and respectful. The lunch was fantastic but I wish they'd use food warmers to keep the meats hot. Overall, a fantastic experience and I can't wait to go back.
This was a special treat for me and my daughter as we both are celebrating significant birthdays this year. The spa experience was very nice and the staff in general friendly and helpful. There were times especially on Saturday when the quiet room was full but it generally clears out fairly fast. The locker areas are small and crowded and I honestly could not figure out how to turn on the shower. It is pricey but I felt very pampered at the end of our visit.
It was a more than well needed and a wonderful way to spend the day! Nothing like being with both of my daughters and Chocolate all in the same day ! Best massage and cocoa bath .
We had a good time for a girls' weekend, but the showers were barely drizzling water and the hot beverages weren't hot! Not huge problems, but I expected better from such an upscale spa! On the other hand, my massage was great!
I have been to the Hershey Spa about a half dozen times over a period of 10 years. This was the first time I have felt less than thrilled with my experience. Starting with check-in, there was a backup, causing our party to stand around for about 15-20 min. Your credit card is charged (including a 20% gratuity) BEFORE you even have the service, which I have never experienced anywhere else.
