My family and I have been coming to the spa for many years to celebrate birthdays . This year was alittle different. I think checking in is a big problem , there should be more then 2 people and we should not have to stand in line for 10-15 minutes . My massage was mediocre and didn't think person who was giving the massage was very friendly. Pedicure was great ! I always have a great experience. I just wish the locker/changing areas were larger.
The spa was ok, however I feel there were not enough attendants. At one point wanted to sit on the outside terrace only to find the door locked. Requested that it be opened, but that never happened. Quiet room had left over coffee cups, etc. sitting around before and after my 80 minute massage. Having the dry sauna in a completely different area of the spa makes no sense at all.
