My check in was chaotic with a stiff lady who wasn't nice or flexible. My therapist helped me forget her quickly. Jasmine was wonderful and accommodating. The Oasis lunch was truly a rip off, I thought I was either punked or on an episode of Survivor. Last, my massage with Matt was heavenly. If I only rated the therapist I would give a 5, but Oasis and the check-in lady need a lot of improving.
Super comfortable and confident about having my birthday at this location with the wife and I.
My daughter and I spent the day to celebrate her birthday. I mentioned that it was her birthday when making our reservation and never once was this acknowledged. There was confusion @ check-in as her sister called that morning and paid for a service for her sister, this got screwed up & she was assured that this was documented and paid for in the "system", and it took us an extra 15 mins to straighten out. My college girlfriends and I meet at the Spa once a year, and we have always had a wonderful experience. Yesterday was our annual trip, and while our services and technicians were all great, we had an incident at our lunch in the Oasis that left a sour taste in all our mouths. I absolutely love going to the Spa and the Hotel Hershey. I have gone for years and look forward to it every time. I try to get there every 6 months but with my schedule I don't always achieve that. Their spa is so peaceful, relaxing and the customer service is above any other. I have never had a bad experience and the only time. I ever had a minor concern they addressed it immediately and made it beyond right. I look forward to the next time I get to go.
