Honestly, first impressions are always the most important. Upon meeting Shane to view the suites I could immediately tell I was dealing with a genuine professional who cares about your needs as a business owner. The suites are gorgeous, the prices are fabulous and the owners always respond with urgency to answer your questions! Shane was even on vacation while answering my not so important questions!! I already feel right at home here! So happy to do business with this family!
It has been an absolute PLEASURE to be a tenant here. The space is clean, well maintained, and the decor is ALL GLAM. Leasing is easy and convenient for my business Esthetics By Evie. The landlord responds almost immediately and follows through quickly. My clients love the building, love the atmosphere, and the location is perfect.
I’ve been doing business with Spa Suites for years since I relocated and started my massage practice in Raleigh (Enchanted Oasis). I did lots of research before deciding on a location and I must say these are, hands down, the best suites in the region.
