The place itself is okay. The management stinks. The corporate office of the management company "Renovations Property Management" is a joke with uneducated staff. The reason why I want to move the hell out of here is the Management company.
Well, it saddens me! Kendall Lakes has deteriorated post 37 years of living within this area amongst most retired Elder Americans, as well as younger generation, of American Kids. I vividly remember bike riding, swimming playing enjoying a beautiful peaceful environment.
