I was skeptical about physical therapy when my doctor first recommended it. I felt unsure of how exactly it would help my pulled piriformis muscle, but the pain that I was experiencing was excruciating and it interfered with my daily activities, my job and my quality of life. After a rough rotator cuff surgery I was not looking forward to months of being out of the gym. My therapist Tammy was always positive and motivated me to work towards getting my range of motion and strength back. They truly motivated me to get better and stronger than before. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a therapist.
Tammy and the rest of her staff in Loganville were amazing! Being in high school and trying to recover from an ankle reconstruction surgery was challenging. My doctor didn't expect to clear me for sports for over 6 months, but a little over 5 months and Sovereign had me ready to play again!
