I was forced to file reports with the Texas Attorney General and the BBB, which finally prompted Amy to call me last week to "confirm my address so they could mail the check she had on her desk." Edit 3/5. It has been four months since I moved out and I still am getting quoted $2000 more than I’m supposed to for my final Expenses. I moved out December 5 and they are trying to get me to pay like I moved out January 5. I let them know and then they corrected it yet they were charging me for utilities till January 5. I made note of this and they told me they were going to fix it and then I didn’t hear From them for three months. I honestly would not recommend living here. Since moving in, it’s been one headache after another. My car was towed because of miscommunication between management and the towing company, and I never got reimbursed even though it wasn’t my fault. That alone should tell you a lot. I’ll update this review if I do by the grace of God get reimbursed but I’m not getting my hopes up. I also brought up an issue about my upstairs neighbors dropping lit blunt remnants onto my patio.
