The first two months rents were free and also after every rental renewal.;but now, non of that exist anymore, plus my car was opened at night and my properties were stolen due to lack of security enforcement. now the apartment don't really like soverign@cinco anymore.

Personal Safety is... (Verified Renter) Personal Safety is a big concern here. There are many theft happened in the recent past & car were damaged recently. Management is not taking this as a serious concern despite multiple proposal were given to improve the safety of the residents. Hallway's are not cleaned on regular basis & looks dirty. Pest control should be done time to time rather then resident call for it.
