Verified Renter Cartland Seven Meadows is the first home for me in this city and I am so glad that I choose here to stay. The team of Cartland Seaven Meadows have done a great job to make it as perfect as possible for us residents. Its nicely kept, well maintained and peaceful. The apartment is practically designed, there is ample room for storage and the best feature is the windows and the terrace that make my morning coffee a treat for me every day. Its pet friendly which is awesome too.

Verified Renter Living at Cortland has been fantastic. We live on the third floor, with no direct neighbors on either side, so we never hear a sound from outside. The pool and gym are great to use, and I'm looking forward to trying out the car wash. This place has been the perfect experience for my first apartment.
Verified Renter The place is crawling with roaches and rats and management thinks that it is normal. Its unsanitary! The garbage service is very poor, especially on the weekends. I really feel sorry for those who stay by the garbage compactor. Garbage is just thrown in front of it and it smells horrible. This has been my worst apartment experience ever and ive stayed in some pretty bad places before! I would steer clear of this place if i were you!
