Please do not... (Verified Renter) Please do not lease at Sovereign at Cinco. In February of 2018, we sold our house and the new house wasn't ready. We wanted to stay in Cinco Ranch, so we leased here. And boy, was that a bad choice. The day we moved in we had an incident with a homeless man sleeping in the mechanical room... SCARY! Management wanted to hide it under the rug, didn't let the tenants know and were jerks until I threatened to go to the media.
I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here. The management team is great. Very friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. It feels like I am at a tropical resort. Maintenance is excellent. It is a very safe community. The residents seem to be very friendly. Easy access to I-10 or Hwy 99.

Nice and clean... (Verified Renter) Nice and clean complex. Pretty quiet with a great pool. Impossible to get out of the lease without paying a fortune if you get a job transfer, so make sure you are going to be there for the lease term.
The management is horrible I would not recommend to anyone. Because they don't care about us. They only want our money... The brand isn't new. Ants are everywhere

A/c in apartment Mindi, Over the last three months I have submitted 8 separate work orders for problems with the air-conditioning unit in my apartment. During the peak of the day between 1:00 p.m and 11:00 p.m the air-condition unit is set to run at 76 degrees, but during the peak of the day temperatures in my apartment range between 82 degrees and 86 degrees. Pleased so far I moved in when they first opened last year to give my dog more grounds to enjoy and to reduce my rent from where I lived in CityCentre. I like that they maintain the stations with the doggie bags and my neighbors that I have met seem pet friendly. I leased a garage that has a door into the hallway to your apartment so you can avoid the bad weather. The staff in the office are nice when I pick up packages and maintenance was there within 4 hours when my dryer stopped heating. Very pleased overall.
