Gym in bad shape None of the TV''s attached to the treadmills are in working condition. Some of the most used dumb bells are missing (20 lbs). The mats used for Yoga are never cleaned and are dust filled. Most of the equipments are there since the day 1 when I moved in. Nothing has changed.

Please do not... (Verified Renter) Please do not lease at Sovereign at Cinco. In February of 2018, we sold our house and the new house wasn't ready. We wanted to stay in Cinco Ranch, so we leased here. And boy, was that a bad choice. The day we moved in we had an incident with a homeless man sleeping in the mechanical room... SCARY! Management wanted to hide it under the rug, didn't let the tenants know and were jerks until I threatened to go to the media.
I absolutely love the amenities they have available!!! Amazing staff!!!
I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here. The management team is great. Very friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. It feels like I am at a tropical resort. Maintenance is excellent. It is a very safe community. The residents seem to be very friendly. Easy access to I-10 or Hwy 99.

Nice and clean... (Verified Renter) Nice and clean complex. Pretty quiet with a great pool. Impossible to get out of the lease without paying a fortune if you get a job transfer, so make sure you are going to be there for the lease term.
