Sovereign at Cinco is a very well equipped and managed apartment complex, which is also very conveniently located close to main roads and services. A very quiet community with a very warm staff to help you with your new home!
Apartments are not sound insulated, you can hear your neighbors all the time; when there are walking, doing laundry, even when they're watching TV. Do not move here, you can find a better place in a better area with the same amount you be here. Plus traffic is real bad all the time, it takes me one hour and a half to get to downtown in the morning and the evening as well. Also the management sucks !
The management is horrible I would not recommend to anyone. Because they don't care about us. They only want our money... The brand isn't new. Ants are everywhere

My wife found a job where is not close to Katy. We tried to move their sister apartment complex in Pearland but Mark Roden ( manager) doesn't let us move before the end of February 2017. It means, my wife has to drive to work every day with my little daughter. They don`t help after signing the agreement. The management is horrible. I would not recommend to anyone. Because they don't care about us. They only want our money... The brand isn't new.
I've had a few fitness clients here in the past. They got some great results at this fitness center. You guys have one of the best apartment gyms in that area. Keep up the great work. If you all are ever looking to offer your residents fitness classes I would be happy to instruct.
