Rent is too high for the quality of the apartments. 2 bed, 1 bath, for $2,000 a month. Mold on the ceiling. There are no laundry machines in the apartments. They're in separate laundromats, and cost $1.50 per machine cycle. This is bad, but it gets worse when you notice that the washing machines don't actually properly function. The dryers don't work properly; the heating on them is broken. I'm giving S Winds Condo 4 stars. It's a prime location in Miami. Lots of green areas and parking. Great shopping and dining within walking distance, very accessible to FL Turnpike and I 95, also Dolphin Mall. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is Gold Management company can do a much better job taking care of this property.
