The SMART Management team is the most efficient, well managed property manager I have experienced here in Southern Nevada. I've owned property and rented property and my experience with them is nothing other than professional. What's more, is they use today's technology to make financial transactions easy and efficient. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

We been renting with SMART for almost 4 years now and I'm so glad we've been with them. Cindi and her team are always there and any communications are usually answered with in 1-2 days. Last summer our AC went out at 9pm, by 6am the VERY next morning, they had a technician out and we had AC back and running by 8am. I plan on staying with them as long as I can!
I love the fact that SMART is owned and operated by a family and has another family working for them. Our previous property management company, at a different house, was owned and operated by a national corporation. With SMART, I feel that they genuinely care about us and the property owner. Lastly, it is comforting knowing that they are locals and their office is easily accessible.
Southwest has managed my property for 5 years and have not only kept it leased but handled any repairs or problems the tenants have had promptly. Cindi is one of a kind and I can't imagine doing business with anyone else. Mike Passell
I have been with smart for 4 years and have never had any issues. They respond promptly to emails and repairs are done right away. The staff is also very friendly.
