SMART is a great property management company. They are very helpful, responsive and professional. We live 3000 miles away and have no concerns regarding whether or not our property is being managed. Cindi sends out a monthly news letter ensuring open communication with helpful information. Their portal makes it easy to keep an accounting of the income and expenses. Great company to work with to ensure your investment is taken care of.
I have rented with SMART for 6 years now and have never had any issues. Any repairs/maintenance problems are handled promptly, even on weekends. I would definitely recommend them!
