Ok, yeah...At first they failed to ship my complete order, but they fixed the problem quickly... and I submitted another order and everything arrived perfect....They are good people and they really do offer a great service at a very decent price.
Order never received, they charged my credit card, no response to emails and phone calls, finally got someone on the phone and I cancelled my order. 10 minutes later they sent me an email that order was shipped, but no tracking number. They are rude and should not be in business.
Business response:
Customer placed an order and then cancelled the order. An automated email kicked out, but we did not ship the product. Do not understand why this customer is going to such lengths, but it is their right.
Aweful, their customer service is simply the worst I've ever experienced.
