DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , ordered and axel, waited 21/2 months to get it. Axel showed up missing part and the threads on spindle damaged because they think wrapping it in a few wraps of plastic wrap will protect threads. Customer service is a joke. they said they will ship what is missing. not wanting to wait another 3 months for another axel to show up i took to a shop and got the threads fixed. They never shipped missing parts sooooo I have to spend more money to get it all . so after paying for and axel then have to ... read more

Agreeing with many other reviews, DO NOT do business with this company. Awful communication before big issues were experienced, then outright lies when issues were met. On 4/12/21, I spoke with Netta on the phone explaining that my order was missing parts. She implied I was lying, saying “a lot can happen between picking up the order and arriving at it’s destination”. She eventually agreed to ship the missing parts, saying that due to low staffing it would take some time and refused to give a date the pieces would be shippe... read more

Agreeing with many other reviews, DO NOT do business with this company. Awful communication before big issues were experienced, then outright lies when issues were met. First of all, I elected to pick up my order in person because I live within a reasonable distance from the company, and I was placing an order with many large items. I took a day out of my schedule to pick everything up. The big stuff was obvious, axles, wheels and tires, leaf springs etc. I was given all the hardware in a number of sealed boxes. Typically the customer looks through the items and signs off on them when they pick them up. If for some reason the customer signed off on the product, but believes they did not receive everything, the customer can come back by and we will get the person who worked with the customer to review what or was not done.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I paid them $272 dollars for a Reese fifth wheel hitch kit and it arrived missing vital parts needed for the install. Numerous contacts with the company regarding the missing parts, promised that the parts would be shipped to me. Six weeks have passed since they promised delivery and now they will not respond to any messages and I have an expensive boat anchor. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMAPNY!!!!! Paced an order on 6/18/20 for a fully "loaded" axle and was told it would ship 6/26/20. i called 7/1/20 to find out it still had not been completed but was told they would complete it that day. it did ship (late) and my husband was in surgery when the order arrived (fedex freight). When we got home just a few hours later we noticed the wheels were damaged. i called immediatley ( within a few hours ) and was told to send pictures which I did. If possible I would give a Zero star rating. On 07-15-2019 I ordered 2 7,000 lb 4" drop axles. On 07-18-2019 I received an email stating a 1 week delay (OK). I was immediately billed the full amount, nearly $600. On 08-01-2019 I emailed to check the status of the order and received an email from Netta saying she would check and advise -- no follow up. I ordered a Fulton F2 jack for my trailer on May 26, the Sunday before Memorial Day. Then I read the online reviews and I got nervous. I sent an email, called, and then as advised during the call, I sent a second email. Then I got to thinking, these people have been in business 100 years and I was letting fewer than a handful of reviews make me nervous. A horribly run company. Most, if not all of their reviews on BBB and Google are bad, and now I know why. They lost my order, and as such, I lost several customers due to my lawn mowing trailer being out of commission while I waited for them to ship an axle. When they finally did ship it, it was 2 weeks after I had placed the order. I asked if they could ship it over night, or at least 2 day shipping, and the only thing they would say was it could be shipped to the nearest FedEx hub and I could pick it up.
