Redoing our review. DO NOT order from this company. They sent the wrong hubs twice. When we call we are told we are doing it wrong to measure the hubs. Pete Lopez would not listen, just kept accusing of doing it wrong. The tires are junk....we have tried everything to get them on. They are so badly beaten and warped they won't work. Stay away from the company.
In July, I ordered a Futon F2 trailer jack. I received a Fulton F2 trailer winch. I talked to a gal named Netta. She assured me that she would address this issue and get it taken care of. She offered to get a pickup for the wrong part and get my correct part coming. After 2 weeks I contacted Netta and tole her that nothing was happening. We ordered an axle, hubs and tires for our trailer. After reading the reviews were surprised that everything arrived within a week. However, they sent the wrong size hubs and the tires were squished almost beyond recognition. We called about both issues, they apologized for the hubs, told us to keep them and they were sending the correct ones which we got within a couple of days. Great. What a frustrating experience. We placed an order for a trailer kit on line and were given the option of standard ground shipping or FEDEX LTL. we opted for standard ground. Sometime during the process it was changed to FEDEX LTL and was sent to the FEDEX hub in Chattanooga- almost 2 hours from where we are! We had to go get it after spending $130.00 for the shipping charge. I exchanged emails with the company about the problem and their attitude was appalling. My original order, placed April 23, 2018, included six SKU numbers (that is, six products) half of these had a quantity of 1 and the other half a quantity of 2. According to Southwest Wheel's website, the order is to ship within 2 days unless there is a missing product. I called them April 26 asking for an update on shipping and learned one product was missing but would arrive May 4 and the whole shipment would ship May 4 or 5. Thank you for the review, we will take note and improve upon the process. We do always ask the customer if we can call them back with an update, but if they choose to stay on hold, we do allow the customer to stay on hold regarding customer service issues.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would never by from this company. They take your $ and don't send the product. Crappy experience!!!

Absolutely horrible. Placed an order almost two weeks ago and when I called to check on its status after a week was told one of the parts was on backorder. I had that part removed from the order and 4 days later found out that they still hadn't even pulled the parts for the order. Never waste your time with these guys. I gave one star because I couldn't leave them all blank.
I placed 2 Alcoa Non polished aluminum 22.5"x9" wheels online and got %5 off and went to pick them up in 30mins. They just got one in stock but they gave me a couple of their polished ones same brand which was more expensive for the same price! wow... what a deal. I highly recommend this business. Great customer service, convenience location and good price. Will definitely come back!
Absolute great and speedy service. Best prices anywhere on quality parts and materials. I just received my second shipment today and everything is perfect!
