I bought a used 2020 Subaru from these guys and worked with Shawn Nataneti particularly. They had the best price in the country for the car I wanted and did everything they could including videos inside and out to help me decide before I drove 130 miles to check it out. New car purchase with Mike Berry went fine, but trade in was a disaster. After trading in a leased vehicle with 4 months left on the lease, it has taken (so far) over two months to complete the deal. Somehow, the payoff wasn’t completed to the likes of Ford Credit so that vehicle stayed on my record with past due notices for over two months. I was not a happy camper.
