Very disappointed. Filled out CarGuru paperwork to buy vehicle. Called dealership.. vehicle was available.. told I could put down $500 to hold until I could get to dealership. During my call they backed up and said I could not proceed.. that someone else was coming to look at the vehicle. VERY disappointed.

Incorrect spec and description of the vehicle This is an SE model and not as posted SEL E-Line Incorrect advertising and dishonest. After many calls with this dealership they never corrected this. Very dishonest

One of, if not the best experience I've had buying a car! Sales/Finance Associate Jonathon Crouch was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry. He did everything in his power to help my daughter buy her first car, a 2020 Jetta, all on her own. From showing her 2 different model of cars side by side, to going over the differences of each, then a nice test drive to show her how the car feels in different elements, finally ending getting a good APR with no credit history.
