Zero hassle, I worked with her over the phone due to my work schedule and was able to pick up and sign papers my 2021 Atlas the same evening. I will forever be a customer at Southwest Volkswagen! Had a very good service experience at Southwest VW on 7/21/20. My son and I truly appreciate the service of Dakota Jones and the service technician that were able to diagnose our issue and get my sons 2007 Jetta back on the road. We were under a time crunch, probably hounded Dakota a bit much, but professionalism was displayed and the target was met, expectations exceeded. We really do appreciate it! Great service team!
