Their purpose seems to be to rack up appointments & charges. Patient care.... not so much. Same experience recently with my wife, as I had several years ago: See the doc; the doc orders tests; we have the tests done Our experience with other docs is that they call with test results. But not SWS&P; Wait to hear from doc with the test results... and wait. Then call SWS&P again, leaving recorded message with medical assistant. Doctors like Bryt Christensen, Michael Codiga, Rebecca Garner, and Jeffery Mathews here in Southern Utah, spend the quality time with their patients, and they seem to be genuinely concerned about their patients wants and needs. Where we come from California, to meet Blue Cross PPO quota's, us patients where on an assembly line and given prescriptions for medication, than spending the time, and finding out what it is wrong with their patients. Absolutely worst quality of care I have ever had in my entire life.
I went to Southwest Spine and pain center in Logan Utah. The staff was nice. But this place Sucks.!! I'm in alot of pain and these Idiots prescribed me. Muscle relaxers. You can get them from your regular Doctor I think this place is a Fraud I have a herniated disc and pinched nerves in my back also Carpul tunnel in both hands and. Dr. Said he don't think I need pain medicine!!! I would not refer anyone here,
Initially when I visited to get a letter for prescription marijuana, I was given a very thorough exam, and given a signed letter, with no further instructions, even asking if there was anything I needed to do. Instead I was told no, just get our letter to the state, for which I tried, but apparently who I have seen is suppose to upload the letter to the state, which never happened. Imagine my surprise after more than 2 weeks and the State still showing they are waiting for the certification, to find out the letter also nee... read more
