Used to feel grateful for this office, but their compassion and care of patients has really gone downhill. Calls/messages are ignored. They use the excuse that the staff that sends pre-authorizations is overwhelmed, yet you walk through the office and many staff are just chatting, coloring pictures, and looking anything but busy. I've been without medication for RA for an extremely long time and am in a great deal of pain. Weeks ago, Dr. Petersen suggested another infusion drug.
