Used to feel grateful for this office, but their compassion and care of patients has really gone downhill. Calls/messages are ignored. They use the excuse that the staff that sends pre-authorizations is overwhelmed, yet you walk through the office and many staff are just chatting, coloring pictures, and looking anything but busy. I've been without medication for RA for an extremely long time and am in a great deal of pain. Weeks ago, Dr. Petersen suggested another infusion drug. All staff helpful and thorough
Dr Jensen is an amazing Doctor. I've been seeing him for years. He is compationete and understands how hard it is to live with multiple autoimmune diseases. There just isnt a day that is the same. Thankfully there's doctors out there like him that understand!
