I recently moved into appartment located at 5264 Morris St., Winchester Plaza, and the building is very nice and quiet. The Residential manager Debby is very supportive and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. My leasing process done by Emily Bertrand from start to finish was very smooth and quick, which made the whole experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend this company!

Stay far away from Southwest Properties unless you enjoy dealing with a company that has no regard for fairness, logic, or customer satisfaction.
Great company and people working really hard to accommodate peoples needs at the properties! Would recommend to friends and family to rent out from Southwest.
